Sr Director, Professional Relations and Ops

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead global professional relations and operations for the Orthopedics business. The role encompasses HCP engagement lifecycle management, educational grants administration, systems strategy, and Day-1 separation readiness across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements; manage roadmap, budget, and metrics
- Own end-to-end HCP engagement workflow including needs assessment, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting
- Lead Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions program with legal and compliance oversight
- Drive systems and data strategy for global platforms with local flexibility and integration
- Lead organizational separation planning and Day-1 execution for Orthopedics business unit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
- 10+ years in professional relations, HCP engagement operations, or commercial operations in regulated industries
- Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization across multiple geographic areas
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms including event management, CRM, CLM, and registration systems
- Demonstrated success managing complex workflows spanning contracting, invoicing, payment, and regulatory reporting
- Track record leading cross-functional teams in compliance-focused environments
