Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise individualized therapy protocols to assist them in achieving their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Leverage evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Instruct Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouraged ongoing education or post-graduate certifications supported by the organization

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
