Your Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of your patients and devise individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them realize their functional capabilities.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to ensure continual support and progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Programs: Regularly document clinical outcomes and modify treatment interventions as needed, to keep patients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or post-clearing certifications welcomed and encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
