Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities: Support the RGM by running great shifts and executing all restaurant administrative duties. Provide leadership to sustain an acceptable level of day-to-day operations and meet all Taco Bell standards in the RGM's absence. Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority. Follow cash control & security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales and take appropriate action in these areas when necessary. Have a strong working knowledge of administrative processes. Assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members. Assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance needs. Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant. Professionally interact with Human Resources, accounting & payroll departments. Assist the RGM to build a great team that consistently provides customers with great food and a great experience. Assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes in the store when necessary. Pass a background check. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have restaurant management experience. Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
