The job: As a cook, you will bring passion, precision, and culinary expertise to every dish while helping create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this fast-paced environment, you will skillfully execute a variety of culinary techniques, maintain quality and consistency, and support seamless kitchen operations with energy and excellence. The starting rate: $26.6044 hourly the day-to-day:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

The ideal candidate:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
• Formal culinary training preferred
• Available to work varied on-call shifts, including weekends, holidays, and based on business needs
