As a Scrum Master within PNC's Enterprise Technology organization you will be based in Farmers Branch, Texas at 11511 Luna Road. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with the Agile Crew, ensuring they are productive, time‑boxed and aligned to View email address on click.appcast.io practices. Partner with the Product Owner and Crew members to promote backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria and shared understanding of sprint goals, value delivery and Definition of Done. Track and manage work against the sprint backlog and delivery milestones, escalating risks, dependencies and impediments that may impact team commitments. Coach Crew members on foundational Agile and Scrum principles, supporting a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and psychological safety. Collaborate with peer Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads and stakeholders to align on delivery expectations, governance requirements and Agile metrics. Support adoption of PNC-approved tools, templates and methodologies, ensuring compliance with enterprise change, risk and delivery standards. Support and facilitate one to two Scrum Teams in various functions, fostering Agile values and practices. Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and provide coaching on how to execute the Scrum framework. Organize and facilitate ceremonies, identify improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Track and communicate overall team progress, providing visibility to stakeholders. Act as a filter to remove impediments to progress as identified by the team. Protect the team from outside influences to keep focus on Scrum Team priorities. Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are prioritized based on business value and are ready for the team. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities for a role, including: Preferred skills: Agile Methodology, Customer Solutions, Information Management, Organizational Analysis, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Program Administration, Scrum, Software Testing. Competencies: Agile Development, Coaching Others, Conflict Management, Design Thinking, Group Facilitation, Interpersonal Relationships, IT Standards and Procedures & Policies, Listening, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving. Experience: A university or college degree with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Veterans and alternative education or certification pathways may be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications and Licenses: None required.
