Product and Service Quality ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Product and Service Quality Manager (Level K) to join our Final Assembly Manufacturing Quality team in Everett, Washingtonon 2nd shift.As Product and Service Quality Manager on the Final Assembly Team (FAMBU) you will be part of a fast paced, highly collaborative business unit covering systems installation, final body join and/or final assembly. In this role you will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.Position Responsibilities:Leads employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulationsDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performanceProvides education and coaching on the Quality SystemMay make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agenciesAcquires and manages resources and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reportsManages, develops and motivates employeesBoeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selectin process.
