Accounts Payable Manager

Segrera Associates is partnering with a well-established organization in Riverview, FL to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a highly visible role responsible for leading a high-volume AP function, developing an established team, and driving process improvements across the department. This role is fully on-site in the Riverview, FL area. Candidates must be local to the region or willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement Oversee high-volume invoice processing and payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Partner with operations and finance leadership to improve workflows, strengthen internal controls, and enhance efficiency Manage month-end AP activities, reconciliations, and reporting requirements Review and optimize approval workflows, vendor payment processes, and department procedures Support cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong vendor relationships Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership responsibility Experience managing high-volume AP operations required Construction, real-estate, property management, or other project-based industry experience preferred Proven success leading process improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams Strong ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
