Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our closed-door pharmacy team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our specialized pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and utilization of our pharmacy services. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, long-term care facilities, and other key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services. Content & Collateral Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and email campaigns. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics. PR/Branding: Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance our brand image and reputation. Write and distribute press releases, and manage media relations.

$40,000-$85,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
