Job Title: Manual Tester

Location: Chaska, MN (Day 1 onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 a year

Roles and Responsibilities:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Experience in manual test execution and defect tracking
• Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios
• Strong understanding of functional and integration testing
• Experience in documentation and maintaining test artifacts
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Medical Validation Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze business / functional requirements and participate in walkthroughs
• Prepare test cases and document test scenarios and results
• Execute functional, system, and integration testing
• Prepare test environment as per BCI guidance
• Track and report defects, test progress, and issues
• Maintain and update test documentation and artifacts
• Follow validation and QA documentation processes
• Support QA compliance and obtain authorization for QA activities
• Analyze business / functional requirements and participate in walkthroughs
• Prepare test cases and document test scenarios and results
• Exposure to Tulip / MES / Manufacturing applications
• Familiarity with validation documentation processes
• Experience working in client-facing environments
