Job Description

We are seeking a  Production Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in  machine operation, production and harvest activities, visual inspection, and warehouse or manufacturing environments and a proven ability to  operate safely, follow standard operating procedures, and meet production and quality targets .

Responsibilities:

• Operate production and harvest equipment per work instructions.
• Perform inspection and quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Support material movement and warehouse tasks, including sitting forklift operation as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic machine operation and production skills in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform visual inspection and follow documented procedures.
• Ability to work 1st shift and flexibility to support other shifts if needed. Shift start times may vary and some weekend hours may be required.
• Safety toe work boots with a 6-inch height.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift certification. Training may be provided if not certified.
• Experience in agricultural harvest or seed production environments.

Additional Details:

• Not a temp-to-hire position.
• Driving is not required for this assignment.
• Total openings: 4 positions.
