The Bridger Group

Our client, Visual Comfort, is one of the largest residential lighting manufacturers in the U.S. They support high‑end builders and design firms, with over 50 company‑owned showrooms in every major market. They are looking for a Director of Sales to oversee a $100M region, managing independent rep agencies that serve the A&D community and regional high‑end builders. Candidate must be based out of the Midwest/Central Region of the US. What You'll Do Monitor independent showroom sales reporting Strategic account management and new market development Recruit, train, develop, and coach a professional sales team Support new showroom location development as needed What You'll Need 10+ years of B2B sales experience 5+ years of sales management experience 5+ years of selling to residential home builders Proficient in the use of CRM tools Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Interior Design, Electric Lighting Equipment Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
