Our BUSY Austin salon is looking for a licensed cosmetologist or barber with salon management experience who's ready to have fun, lead a great team, work behind the chair, and help take our salon operations to the next level. What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
