What You'll Do

• Inspire, coach, and lead a team of talented spa professionals
• Create an exceptional experience for every guest
• Drive membership, retail, and business growth
• Recruit, develop, and celebrate high-performing team members
• Balance coaching, accountability, and recognition to help your team succeed
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Promote the wellness benefits of massage therapy, facials, and skincare
• Keep the spa running smoothly with strong organization and attention to detail
