Associate Project Manager

Supporting the Product Operations Team, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will assist in planning and coordinating software implementation projects, while developing project management skills under the supervision of senior Project Managers. Key responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring commercial off-the-shelf software implementation projects and customizations Maintain project documentation, schedules, and customer communications while tracking project milestones and action items Participate in cross-functional learning opportunities to gain broader organizational knowledge and project management experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience coordinating projects, customer service, or administrative support preferred Willingness to learn software implementation processes and project management best practices Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and project management software Ability to obtain Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification within a designated timeframe is preferred
