Manager, Clinical Outcome Assessment Digital Implementation Team Navigator

AbbVie seeks a Manager to lead Clinical Outcome Assessment licensing, translation, and implementation across therapeutic areas. The role combines strategic program oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and team management to support clinical development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic expertise on COA licensing, translation, and implementation for assigned therapeutic areas
Partner with asset team leaders and study teams to develop COA strategies and forecasts
Coordinate program management deliverables and drive cross-functional alignment with study teams
Identify execution challenges and escalate issues to maintain program success
Hire, coach, manage, and develop direct reports while building institutional knowledge

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in scientific field or equivalent relevant experience
At least 6 years clinical research experience with demonstrated strategic and leadership competencies
Experience working effectively in matrixed pharmaceutical organizations
Strong program management skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices
Proven coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities with influence across teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strategic thinking with ability to identify and implement process improvements
