Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with significant emotional disorders and mental illness, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate efficiently with other members of the healthcare team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to determine client needs, ensuring that all interventions are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive.

• Facilitate the creation and implementation of integrated care plans, linking clients to necessary services and resources while maintaining thorough documentation.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and stabilization to clients in emergency situations.

• Regularly assess client progress, ensuring that services remain aligned with clients' goals and therapeutic needs, and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.

• Participate in team meetings and community outreach programs designed to educate the public about mental health resources and decrease stigma.

• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation for client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
