Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay : $29.00/hour
Shift : 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location : Pasadena, TX 77503
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools
- Install new equipment and assist with machinery upgrades and plant improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS (MaintainX)
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, coordinating with vendors when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- At least 2 years in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, including VFDs, PLCs, and 480V systems
Skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise
- Experience with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Familiar with CMMS like MaintainX for maintenance tracking
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
