Lead a Professional Moving CrewPiece by Piece Moving and Storage is seeking experienced Crew Chiefs to lead moving teams in Clinton, MA. This role is designed for seasoned movers who are ready to take ownership of the job site, guide a crew, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers.If you have 5+ years of moving industry experience and at least 1 year leading a crew, this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values professionalism, accountability, and high-quality service. What You'll DoAs a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a moving crew and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.Responsibilities include:Leading a crew on residential and commercial movesDirecting team members on proper packing, wrapping, and loading techniquesEnsuring furniture and household goods are protected and transported safelyCommunicating clearly with customers throughout the moveManaging the pace and workflow of the jobMaintaining organization and safety on the truck and job siteReporting job details and updates to dispatch and operations What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in the moving industryAt least 1 year of experience leading a moving crewStrong leadership and communication skillsDeep knowledge of proper moving techniques and equipmentAbility to manage a team and maintain a professional job siteReliable and punctualCDL license preferred, but not required.
