Union Mill Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center in Mount Laurel, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated dental specialty team where your people skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in the patient experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Collect co-pays, process payments, and close end of day reports
- Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information in practice management software
- Receive and request referral documentation and follow up with referring dental offices
- Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical front office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Proficiency with dental practice management software, our office uses Sensie
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced specialty office
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional dental administrative training a plus
