HR Generalist: People, Payroll & Onboarding
NTC Services Inc
Northcentral Technical College (NTC) in Wausau, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and supervisors. This on-site role supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HR inquiries with a focus on confidentiality and policy compliance.
You will maintain HR records in Workday and other systems, coordinate leave and open enrollment, and help ensure accurate processing of HR transactions in a fast-paced environment.
