Telecom Expense Management Specialist

Seeking a versatile and dynamic team member with 1-5 years of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) experience to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across telecom expense management, data analysis, and vendor coordination. This role involves taking direction from managers, interacting with vendors, managing excel trackers, working within vendor portals, and closely collaborating with project implementation teams. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, conduct audit reviews, and report in partnership with our TEM vendor, utilizing Excel for data analysis (including vlookups and pivot tables), and engage in data validation. This position requires strong analytical skills for data reporting/analysis using tools like Excel, Oracle EBS, and ServiceNow, and will participate in asset management and report manipulation projects without direct financial budget management. Our team focuses on IT budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management for projects and new IT-related buildings, distinguishing our approach from general IT. The candidate should be adaptable, with a "jack of all trades" attitude, ready to tackle varied tasks, including financial report analysis and data validation in a changing environment.
