Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location-Type: Hybrid (Newton, MA) Start Date Is: Beginning of July Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Compensation Range: $71-$82 per hour W2
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Job Description: Seeking a Salesforce Architect to own and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem, drive platform improvements, increase automation, and serve as a strategic technology partner to business stakeholders. This individual will help shape the future of the Salesforce platform while remaining closely connected to business users and operational needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.
- Serve as the design authority for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and solution designs.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Define and maintain the Salesforce and Certinia PSA technical roadmap.
- Establish and enforce platform standards across security, data models, automation, integrations, and release management.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external integration partners.
- Improve DevOps practices, deployment governance, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.
- Evaluate current platform usage and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 years of Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce automation, integrations, and platform governance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Experience helping build or scale Salesforce teams.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or evolving Salesforce environment.
