Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides respiratory care to patients with breathing disorders by administering treatments, managing ventilators, and performing diagnostic tests. They work closely with physicians to develop and implement care plans. The role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in critical situations. RRTs work in various settings, including ICUs, emergency rooms, and outpatient clinics.
