Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications NBRC (RRT)
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment GRT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 2 experience
• Additional Confirmations Experience with aerosol setup (mask and trach), bag and mask ventilation, ET tube management, extubation, fresh tracheostomy care, nasal and oral airway placement and suctioning, trach collar management, and weaning from mechanical ventilation is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in administering respiratory medications including Albuterol, Atrovent, Bicarbonate, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Medihaler, MDI, Mucomyst, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Tobramycin, Ultrasonic, and Xopenex is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with BiPAP, Bronchoscopy, Chest Physiotherapy (including Vest), High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), IMV, Nitric Oxide (INo), Oxygen tanks, Pulmonary Hygiene, Cystic fibrosis, and sputum specimen collection is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience in Adult Critical Care, managing ARDS and Aspiration, drawing and interpreting arterial blood gases, assisting with intubation, and troubleshooting high pressure alarms is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 14 days of time off can be requested.
