$112,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Utilize our proven systems to manage client communications and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to attract and retain client interest.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and integrity, always prioritizing client satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for client management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
