This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity where your daily effort has a direct and immediate impact on your results and your income. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Qualifications:

• Ability to generate and manage leads consistently, utilizing proven systems to convert opportunities into signed agreements.

• Strong knowledge of the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market, enabling you to provide clients with confident and credible advice.

• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct professional follow-ups and maintain client engagement.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to share ideas and overcome business challenges.

• Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment, using available tools and resources.

• Demonstrated discipline in sales conversations, with a natural ability to build trust quickly and effectively with clients and prospects.
