Daily responsibilities include:Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal careEnsuring delivery of quality services and programs, to meet resident expectationsEffectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as neededEnsuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timelyFollowing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA and infection control requirements.Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care teamCollaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomesFollowing all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA and infection control requirementsPerforming other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare departmentOur full-time Registered Nurses are scheduled for 40 hour per week, and includes working every-other weekend. Pennsylvania RN license is required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
