Position Summary

Liberty Personnel has partnered with a growing alternative financial services organization to help assist in their search for an Advisor Consultant. This individual will act as a internal and external hybrid wholesaler working alongside a Territory Lead to help develop relationships within the territory and facilitate business development throughout Southern California. This role combines proactive sales outreach, relationship management, and regular travel to meet with advisors and participate in industry events.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, consultative financial services professional with a Series 7 and Series 63 that has strong communication / relationship skills as well as prior experience in alternative investments and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and family offices in California.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify opportunities and schedule advisor meetings.
• Partner with senior sales leadership on meetings, events, conferences, and regional sales initiatives.
• Periodically Travel throughout Southern California for advisor meetings and business-development activities as needed.
• Present investment strategies and product information to financial advisors.
• Manage sales opportunities, activity, and follow-up through CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Due Diligence.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to expand advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Master's / MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of financial services experience, preferably in asset management, alternative investments, private markets, or wealth management.
• Series 7 and 63 required.
• Experience working with real estate and private investment strategies
• Interest in growing into a larger territory and relationship-management role.

Location:
This person must be a full time resident of California. Preferably Southern California.

Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, commisions, as well as a medical, dental, vision, wellness, a 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.

Working Situation:

This is a home office position that will be traveling 1-3 times a month within the territory. Think of this as an hybrid internal / external wholesaler.

Travel:
1-3 times a month within the territory with the Territory Lead.
