About the Role:
Join J.V. Installations Corp. as a CNC Operator / Shop Foreman, where your expertise will drive precision and quality in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Supervise and train shop staff to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide production.
Monitor production processes and adjust settings to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures.
Coordinate workflow and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in all operations.
