What You Will Be Doing The Master Scheduler is responsible for the overall management of the production schedule, inventory and correct allocation of material/supplied resources to the production team. Primary Responsibilities Manage and maintain production schedules based upon current customer requirements Track and report KPIs of production scheduling for on‑time completion Manage production schedule conflicts through cross‑functional team alignment Lead cross‑functional Production Readiness Reviews in advance of initial production run Oversee and maintain the planning schedule in accordance with future customer requirements Work with cross‑functional teams in developing near/ mid / long term plans Key role in kickoff meetings for new projects Ability to communicate with multiple disciplines Utilize dashboards / data to report current and near‑term status Analyze data, generate reports / presentations to convey large amounts of information Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For To be successful in this position you should have prior inventory and production schedule experience. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to work in a team environment is essential to this position as well. Education/Experience Must have 3 – 5 years industry experience Four‑year college degree from an accredited institution preferred Required Qualifications/Skills Ability to analyze data, generate reports and presentations Effective communication skills Demonstrated success optimizing manufacturing and work processes and methods, with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to hold teams accountable to meeting commitments and objectives and adhering to policies and procedures Managing complex, voluminous and sometimes contradictory information to find strong solutions Ability to help develop strategic direction for organization, communicate it effectively to key stakeholders, and implement changes needed to achieve the vision Proficiency with Software (Microsoft Office Suite, D365) Willingness to learn new technologies and implement them proactively Values At Yancey Bros.
