Dream Phoenix is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to join our growing Kansas City sales team. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on in-person outreach for new customer acquisition, relationship development, and closing new customers through informative conversations. No product experience required; we provide structured training so you can confidently represent what you sell.

We specialize in personalized lead-driven sales solutions, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people in their assigned territory, learning quickly, and turning conversations into results.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-person customer engagement to introduce mobility products and services
• Build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Consistently work toward and exceed performance targets
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and communication techniques
