Join the Arete team for a 4-day catering assignment in Waukesha, WI! We’re looking for professional, dependable, and motivated Catering Servers to provide exceptional service at a high-end event.

JOB-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay: $22.50/hour
Assignment: 4 days
Schedule: Friday – Thursday (4 days during this period)
Start Date: October 8, 2026
Position: High-End Catering Server

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide professional and attentive service to guests
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Serve food and beverages according to event standards
Maintain a polished and professional appearance
Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with the catering and event team to ensure a smooth event

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous catering, serving, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred
Professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end event environment
Dependable and punctual
Must be available for the 4-day assignment
Must successfully complete required background check and pass
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
