Structured Finance Origination Executive & KYC Coordinator

Structured Finance Origination Americas Coordinator (HYBRID) We are seeking an experienced banking professional to support the SF Origination Americas team with onboarding/KYC, deal administration, and day-to-day department operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys working with transaction documentation and partnering across front-office, finance, treasury, and compliance. Responsibilities Support onboarding and KYC for SF New York transactions and upload completed KYC into compliance tools Enter and maintain deal information in internal systems and help track pipeline, fees, and market data Prepare monthly reports for Treasury, Finance, and senior management Coordinate transaction information with internal partners (Loan/Portfolio Management, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Agency, etc.) Communicate with clients and external legal counsel to support documentation and deal execution Monitor department expenses, process expense reports, and maintain subscription renewals Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and occasional team events Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks independently Qualifications 5+ years of banking experience Solid understanding of bank structure and internal processes; project finance/renewable energy exposure is a plus Comfortable working with legal and transaction documents Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
