HR Documentation & Records : Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, ensure accurate HR records, and support HR systems administration. Payroll Administration : Support payroll processes in close collaboration with the Finance Team by ensuring data accuracy, timely input, and alignment with HR records. Employee Support & Advisory : Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters. Recruitment & Selection : Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and contract preparation up to offer stage. Performance Management : Support the implementation and administration of the annual compensation and performance review process.
