Work Environment

The role is based in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to facilitate effective treatment. The facility is designed to promote healing in a comfortable and supportive environment, allowing for hands-on treatment and direct patient interaction. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule for our team members to connect with patients and foster relationships that encourage long-term health improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices to restore mobility.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise prescription to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring each patient remains engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Educate patients about their conditions and empower them with strategies and exercises that promote independence and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, including athletes, seniors, and individuals seeking to enhance their quality of life through improved mobility. Your expertise in patient-centered care will guide them toward achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Nevada physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families.
• A commitment to staying updated with the latest techniques and treatment modalities in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably with an orthopedic focus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
