Discount Roof Inc is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Valparaiso, IN! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in the thriving roofing and home improvement industry. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of roofing sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Generate and manage residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals
- Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations, estimates, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Monitor sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report performance metrics to leadership
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
- Stay current on roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
