Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conga CLM Business Analyst to support a long-term remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise combined with hands-on experience gathering, defining, and driving requirements for Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, documenting requirements, and working with IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications that align with enterprise CLM processes.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Conga CLM
Define user stories, workflows, and process requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management
Collaborate with IT, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to support solution design
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose process improvements
Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
Assist in CLM enhancements, configuration updates, and integration requirements
Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment

Required Skills

Strong business analysis experience supporting Conga CLM initiatives
Ability to drive and document detailed business requirements
Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes
Background in IT, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments (preferred)
