You will also create and maintain system specification documents, test plans, and test artifacts. You should be able to work both independently and with teammates, and enjoy digging into reports, data, and files to analyze and solve problems/answer questions. You say what you mean, and mean what you sayWants to grow - This role will constantly change with the needs of the business, be ready to challenge yourself and tackle any task that comes your wayCan focus on varying work streams - This role will work across many functions, be ready to change your approach, focus, and mindset throughout the dayResponsibilities:Analyze user stories, technical design, and business logicParticipate in story estimations and collaborate on approach ideationParticipate in system implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, system configuration, test documentation or execution, issue identification, and resolution)Oversee functional test plans and acceptance criteriaHelp sprint teams work more efficiently when battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suitesExecute and analyze core system functional testsPerform analysis and document data mappings for external system integrationsAnalyze, triage, and help answer escalated UAT and production issues and questionsAssist with internal training and release elevationExperience and Attributes:Requires a bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, engineering or business related fields2+ years of experience as a business systems, product, technical, or data analyst2+ years of software system development experience, with primary focus in cloud technologies (preferably AWS)2+ years of experience working in an agile team; familiar with JIRA and regular sprint cyclesFinTech/Accounting (Tax) background is a plusExperience with SQL, Linux, data comparison and analysis, and API documentation toolsExperience working with AI tools, such as Claude CodeAbility to independently analyze complex data-centric issues and communicate possible root causesDesire to dig into problems and collaborate with product owners, other analysts, and developers to resolve complex system issuesAbility to work with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environmentStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsOur RewardsWe offer a robust package of employee perks and benefits, including healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision, EAP), competitive PTO, 401k match, parental leave, and HSA contribution match.
