We are looking for a focused, detailed, accounting professional to join our dynamic team and growing organization.This position focuses on the flow of accounts receivable by connecting customer orders/invoices with sales teams needs. In this role, you will help keep critical sales and accounting processes running smoothly, supporting the flow of orders, invoices, payments, and records that enable the business to serve customers effectively. You will maintain the accuracy and organization needed across day-to-day financial and administrative operations.ResponsibilitiesProcess sales orders/invoices accurately and coordinate order entry in the ERP system.Support accounting team as needed.Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial and customer records.Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order or billing issues.Assist with administrative accounting tasks while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Assist in mail drops to post office.
