Project/Change Management Role

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, often requiring engagement from multiple teams. The position ensures execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of End-to-End Project/Change Management experience.
• Experience as a Release and Change Manager.
• Experience in project management, problem management, and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with Change Manager for handling and reviewing changes.
• Experience with BMC Remedy tool and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in Project Management and Release Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Project Management Skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong project financial management skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA tool.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban processes.
• Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
