Manager, Content Intelligence/Knowledge Designer

Labcorp seeks a Manager of Content Intelligence and Knowledge Designer to optimize employee-facing information across digital platforms. This role combines content strategy, analytics, and knowledge management to improve self-service effectiveness and reduce employee effort in finding and understanding critical information.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze content performance across HR portals, knowledge bases, and employee communications using KPIs
• Design, create, and optimize employee-facing content including articles, guides, and digital experiences
• Establish content governance practices, quality standards, editorial guidelines, and lifecycle management processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting to guide content strategy and investment decisions
• Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to improve findability and self-service success

Requirements

• Associate's degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years progressive experience in content strategy, knowledge management, or digital experience design
• 5+ years leading enterprise content governance, taxonomy, and knowledge management programs
• 5+ years using analytics to measure content effectiveness and guide improvements
• Strong writing, editing, and content design skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, knowledge platforms, or employee portals preferred
• Experience with search analytics, taxonomy, content intelligence, or AI-powered systems preferred
