Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Fine-tune molding processes to exceed quality and production standards, troubleshooting and adjusting operations as needed. Team Leadership: Lead on the production floor, ensure efficient mold setups, manpower utilization, and quality evaluations, while fostering staff development. Maintenance Oversight: Manage real-time and preventative maintenance, collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Communication: Maintain clear communication with management and team members through timely updates and reports. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies, identify hazards, and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of injection molding experience with supervisory or leadership roles. Knowledge of quality systems, including Statistical Process Control. Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
