Job Details Job Location: Brian Head, UT 84719 Salary Range: $7.50 - $7.50 Hourly Food & Beverage Server Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Food & Beverage Are you great with people and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment? What You’ll Do Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Know the menu inside and out to answer questions and offer recommendations. Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure any special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen. Process payments accurately (cash and card) using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, reset tables, and assist with side work as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Is 21+ and meets all minimum age requirements for alcohol service Has or can obtain current ServSafe certification Can work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Can stand and walk for extended periods Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job Has or has the ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and ServSafe.
