In this role you will: Work on small to medium‑scale department projects that directly impact the culture and engagement of the department Drive cross‑functional projects or phases of larger projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or elevate as needed Work with customers to assist in project planning and design. Manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments Identify ways to improve and streamline business process The person will: Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands Display strong consulting and collaboration skills Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Relationship Management At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience 3+ years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Relationship Management PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem solving and influencing skills Salary McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 for Project Manager Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700 for Project Manager This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
