Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
- Solid tenure -- no job hoppers
- Hands-on leadership style
- Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Focused on standards to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- A superb base salary of $65 to $72K.
- No very early mornings or very late nights
- Full benefits offered with employer contribution and 401K match
- Attainable bonus program in addition to salary
- Three weeks PTO - you can take a full week of vacation every four months.
