Accounting Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and organization of financial documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding financial matters.
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support role.
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and dependability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
