Senior ServiceNow Engineer

To support federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions remotely, ensuring optimal performance and security while leading a team in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Required qualifications Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal Development, including widget customization and UI scripting
