Perform comprehensive assessments following scope of practice and standards. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans including education and discharge planning. Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses. Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper handling. Participate in evidence-based practice and unit decision-making. Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, promoting best practices.
