Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures. Analyze financial data and present financial recommendations to senior management. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Requirements CPA certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
